The issue of excess height inside the weld seam of U/S bent pipe assemblies has always been a challenge in the industry. Traditional hot bending machines can only process flat single bending workpieces of S and U pipe sections, and require welding of S and U pipe sections, which cannot form a single three-dimensional bending process. Bending and forming before welding make it difficult or even impossible to polish the weld seam, ultimately resulting in excessive internal weld reinforcement.
Welding advance: After welding the straight pipe, polish the welding root and then bend it into a U-shaped or S-shaped shape as a whole
